How to Safelist Our Newsletters

On Your Phone

Gmail (mobile app)

1. Tap the menu (top left) and open “Promotions”
2. Open one of our emails
3. Tap the three dots (top right)
4. Tap “Move to,” then “Primary”
5. Then tap the sender’s name and choose “Add to contacts”

Apple Mail (iOS)

1. Open one of our emails
2. Tap the “From” address at the top of the message
3. Tap “Create New Contact” or “Add to VIPs”

Outlook (mobile app)

1. Open one of our emails
2. Tap the sender’s name at the top
3. Choose “Add to Contacts” and confirm

Yahoo Mail (mobile app)

1. Open one of our emails
2. Tap the sender avatar / name at the top
3. Tap “Add to contacts”

If a button doesn’t open the app, the app may not be installed on your phone, so install it from the App Store / Play Store, then come back and tap again.

On Your Computer

Gmail (web)

1. Open one of our emails
2. Hover over the sender’s name and click “Add to contacts”
3. If our emails land in “Promotions,” drag one to “Primary” and confirm “Do this for future messages”

Outlook (desktop app)

1. Right-click one of our emails and choose “Junk”
2. Select “Junk E-mail Options”
3. Open the “Safe Senders” tab
4. Click “Add” and enter mailhouseplants.com
5. Click “OK”

Outlook on the Web

1. Click the Settings gear (top right)
2. Choose “Mail” → “Options” → “Block or allow”
3. Enter mailhouseplants.com and click the “+” to add it as a safe sender
4. Click “Save”

Apple Mail (macOS)

1. Open one of our emails
2. Click the “From” address at the top
3. Choose “Add to Contacts” or “Add to VIPs”

Yahoo Mail

1. Click “Settings” (top right) → “More Settings” → “Filters”
2. Choose “+ Add new filters” and name it
3. Under “Set Rules,” select “contains” and enter @mailhouseplants.com
4. Click “Save”
