How to Safelist Our Newsletters
Thanks for subscribing! To make sure our care guides, restock alerts, and offers land in your inbox (and never the spam folder), please add @mailhouseplants.com as a safe sender. Pick the section that matches the device you’re using right now.
On Your Phone
Gmail (mobile app)
- Tap the menu (top left) and open “Promotions”
- Open one of our emails
- Tap the three dots (top right)
- Tap “Move to,” then “Primary”
- Then tap the sender’s name and choose “Add to contacts”
Apple Mail (iOS)
- Open one of our emails
- Tap the “From” address at the top of the message
- Tap “Create New Contact” or “Add to VIPs”
Outlook (mobile app)
- Open one of our emails
- Tap the sender’s name at the top
- Choose “Add to Contacts” and confirm
Yahoo Mail (mobile app)
- Open one of our emails
- Tap the sender avatar / name at the top
- Tap “Add to contacts”
If a button doesn’t open the app, the app may not be installed on your phone, so install it from the App Store / Play Store, then come back and tap again.
On Your Computer
Gmail (web)
- Open one of our emails
- Hover over the sender’s name and click “Add to contacts”
- If our emails land in “Promotions,” drag one to “Primary” and confirm “Do this for future messages”
Outlook (desktop app)
- Right-click one of our emails and choose “Junk”
- Select “Junk E-mail Options”
- Open the “Safe Senders” tab
- Click “Add” and enter mailhouseplants.com
- Click “OK”
Outlook on the Web
- Click the Settings gear (top right)
- Choose “Mail” → “Options” → “Block or allow”
- Enter mailhouseplants.com and click the “+” to add it as a safe sender
- Click “Save”
Apple Mail (macOS)
- Open one of our emails
- Click the “From” address at the top
- Choose “Add to Contacts” or “Add to VIPs”
Yahoo Mail
- Click “Settings” (top right) → “More Settings” → “Filters”
- Choose “+ Add new filters” and name it
- Under “Set Rules,” select “contains” and enter @mailhouseplants.com
- Click “Save”
Still Not Receiving Emails?
Check your spam folder. If you find one of our emails there, mark it as “Not Spam” so future newsletters land in your inbox.
