We take pride in the quality of our indoor plants. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned.

• We do not offer traditional refunds or returns for indoor plants.
• Our 30-Day Plant Guarantee: If your plant perishes within the first 30 days despite proper care, we will happily offer a one-time replacement plant.
• To be eligible for a replacement, please provide photo documentation of the plant’s condition and confirm you followed the provided care instructions.

Please note: Minor cosmetic imperfections, such as a few yellowed leaves, do not qualify for replacement. Plants are living things and may experience some natural transit stress.
