Can I use points and a coupon together?
Points stack with most coupons. Some referral or seasonal codes are “individual use,” which means those can’t combine with other coupons, but you can still pay the rest with points.

When are points credited?
The moment your order ships. They’re available to redeem on your very next order.
What about returns?
If an order is refunded, the points earned on that order are reversed. Points used as a discount come back to your account.
