Referral Program Terms

These Referral Program Terms apply to Mailhouseplants referral offers, including the FRIEND10 refer-a-friend offer. By sharing a referral code or claiming referral points, you agree to these terms and our Terms and Conditions.
How The Program Works
- Eligible new customers may use referral code FRIEND10 for 10% off their first qualifying order over $20.
- The referring customer receives 500 points after the referred customer’s qualifying order ships.
- Referral points are added to the referring customer’s Mailhouseplants account and are subject to the Points Program Terms.
Eligibility
- The referred customer must be a new Mailhouseplants customer.
- Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, fake accounts, resale activity, and referrals within the same household may be declined.
- Referral rewards are not available on canceled, fraudulent, fully refunded, or chargeback orders.
Sharing Rules
- Only share referral codes with people who would reasonably want to receive them.
- Do not send unsolicited bulk messages, use misleading subject lines, run paid ads using Mailhouseplants names or trademarks, or post codes on coupon, deal, or spam sites.
- If you share a referral link or code in a public post, review, video, email, or other endorsement, clearly disclose that you may receive points if someone orders through your referral.
Discount And Reward Limits
- FRIEND10 cannot be combined with other coupon codes unless checkout explicitly allows it.
- Mailhouseplants may limit referral rewards per customer, account, order, household, or promotion period.
- Referral rewards have no cash value, are not transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Changes And Abuse
Mailhouseplants may review referral activity, delay or reverse rewards, suspend accounts, or end the referral program if we detect abuse, technical error, misuse, or activity that conflicts with these terms. We may update, pause, or end the referral program at any time.
