Points Program Terms

These Points Program Terms apply to Mailhouseplants rewards points, including purchase points, signup points, referral points, and promotional bonus points. By creating an account, earning points, or redeeming points, you agree to these terms and our Terms and Conditions.
Earning Points
- Customers earn 1 point for every $1 spent on eligible purchases, excluding taxes, shipping, gift cards, discounts, refunded amounts, and other excluded charges.
- New customer accounts may receive a 250-point signup bonus.
- Referral, review, seasonal, or other promotional points may have additional rules shown with the offer.
- Points normally become available after the related order ships or after the qualifying action is verified.
Redeeming Points
- 100 points equals $1 off eligible Mailhouseplants purchases.
- Points can only be redeemed through the checkout flow while signed in to the account that earned them.
- Points may not be redeemable on taxes, shipping, gift cards, subscriptions, already-discounted items, or excluded promotions.
- Points may stack with some coupons, but certain coupons or promotions may not combine with points.
Returns, Cancellations, And Adjustments
- If an order is canceled, refunded, reversed, or charged back, points earned from that order may be removed.
- If you used points on an order that is later refunded, eligible points may be returned to your account after the refund is processed.
- Mailhouseplants may correct balances affected by technical errors, duplicate awards, fraud, misuse, or manual adjustments.
Account Rules
- Points are tied to the account that earned them and cannot be sold, transferred, combined across accounts, or exchanged for cash.
- Points have no cash value and do not create a stored-value account, bank account, gift card, or property right.
- We may suspend or remove points if an account is used for fraud, resale abuse, coupon abuse, unauthorized access, or other misuse.
Expiration And Program Changes
Points do not currently expire while your account remains active. Mailhouseplants may update point values, earning rates, redemption rules, exclusions, or program availability at any time. If we materially change the program, we will post the updated terms on this page.
Bonus Reward Rules
- Signup, birthday, anniversary, review, referral, and seasonal bonus rewards are part of the same Points Program and are governed by these Points Program Terms.
- Mailhouseplants may set reward-specific eligibility rules, timing, limits, values, exclusions, and verification steps on the related reward page or offer message.
- Plant review rewards are available for honest reviews only. Rewards are not conditioned on positive sentiment, star rating, or changing/removing a review.
- Reviews must be based on a real customer experience. Fake, copied, misleading, abusive, or unrelated reviews are not eligible for rewards.
- If a platform or applicable rule requires disclosure of an incentive, the reviewer is responsible for making a clear disclosure that points or another reward may be received.
- Bonus rewards may be delayed, denied, corrected, or reversed for fraud, duplicate accounts, returned orders, chargebacks, technical error, or misuse.
