Heads up: tracking can take up to 24 hours to appear after we create the shipping label. If you placed your order in the last day and don’t see anything, check back tomorrow.

Can’t find your tracking?

  • Check that your order number matches what’s in your confirmation email (no extra spaces or letters)
  • Use the same email you placed the order with – not a forwarding alias
  • Allow up to 24 hours after order confirmation for the label to be created
  • If carrier tracking shows “label created” with no movement after 48 hours, email [email protected]
