How many friends can I refer?
As many as you’d like. Each successful referral earns you 500 points.
Can existing customers use FRIEND10?
The code is for new customers on their first order only. Existing customers earn through the points program.
When do I get my 500 points?
Once your friend’s order ships and you’ve emailed us with their details. Usually credited within 1 business day.
What if my friend’s order is refunded?
If their order is refunded in full, the 500-point referral bonus is reversed. Partial refunds don’t affect the bonus.
Does FRIEND10 stack with other discounts?
FRIEND10 is “individual use” — it can’t combine with other coupon codes. Your friend can still apply their 250-point signup bonus on top of the discount.
